Mr. Li Hongbin was graduated from the Kyushu University with a Master degree of engineering in Japan. He earned the Best Result Award from the JSCE (Japan Society of Civil Engineers) and was also a scholar of AQ program from the Japanese Government. After graduation, he worked in a structural engineering company in Nagasaki and specialized in Tekla modeling. In 2015, he built DAIZO Engineering. By 2024, DAIZO has around 70 staffs in China office and 10 staffs in Japan.

Bingqian is the Director of Administration of the China office. He is currently in charge of recruiting and daily affairs of China.

Technical Director
Weitong is specialized in Tekla Structures Systems/Support. By developing Tekla Open API, he has helped numerous projects improve their efficiency and accuracy.

Detailing Operations Manager
Haixia applied over 10 years’ steel detailing and project managing experience. She has been in charge of managing Tekla projects from Korea and North America for many years. Haixia is currently the leader of our North America Team.

Detailing Operations Manager
Xu has more than 10 years experience in Tekla modeling and project management. She is familiar with both commercial and industrial projects, with experience of managing some complex projects over 10,000 tons.

Senior Steel Detailer
Kang has Tekla modeling and detailing experience over 10 years, especially for Korean and Japanese projects.

Senior Steel Detailer 
Lei has extensive Tekla Structures software knowledge, with rich experience deal with modeling special-shaped structures.

Checker
Jinping has experience of managing onsite construction of power plant projects in Thailand for 2 years. Currently, he worked as a checker of DAIZO.
